• Throttle control assembly
• CDI unit cover
• Junction box covers
• Flywheel cover

7. Install:
• Shift control cable 1
• Throttle control cable 2
• Cable clamp 3
• Bolt 4
• Clips 5
• Hose locating plate 6
• Bolt 7
• Grommet retaining plate 8
• Bolt 9
8. Check:
• Shift operation
Incorrect → Adjust.
9. Adjust:
• Shift cable joint position

Adjustment steps:
• Align the center of the set pin a with the
mark b on the bracket c.
Cable clamp bolt:
8 Nm (0.8 m•kg, 5.8 ft•lb)
Hose retaining plate:
8 Nm (0.8 m•kg, 5.8 ft•lb)
Grommet retaining plate:
8 Nm (0.8 m•kg, 5.8 ft•lb)
