4. Install the choke solenoid in the specified
position, as shown below.
1 Choke Solenoid Bracket
2 Bolt
3 Spring Washer
5. Install the choke solenoid on the bracket with
four screws. Connect the grounding wire to
the starter mount bracket, and install the ten-
sion bolt on the carburetor choke rod.

4 Grounding Wire (black)
5 Extension bolt
6 O-ring
NOTE:Fit the O-ring 6 in the groove in the
choke rod so the extension bolt will not come off.
6. Replace the grommet 3 .
Pass the wire harness and battery cord
through the grommet, and fit the grommet in
the bottom cowling.
