(1) Battery residual capacity indication
The battery residual capacity indication varies according to the battery type.
For the nickel metal hydride battery and lithium ion battery (gray case), the battery residual capacity
is indicated in increments of 20%. For the lithium ion battery (black case), the battery residual capac-
ity is indicated in increments of 10% from 80% to 50% and in increments of 5% from 50%.
4.4. Checking the Residual Capacity of the Battery during
Operation
You can always check the residual capacity of the battery with
the LCD of the controller.
(2) Battery residual capacity warning
When the battery residual capacity becomes less than
10%, the residual capacity indication ashes, and a short
buzzer beeps “Pi Pi Pi Pi” (4 times).
(3) Once the battery runs out, the residual capacity indication
changes to “E” and flashes, a long buzzer beeps “Pi—”
once and stops.

● Whenthebuzzerbeepstoindicatethebatteryresidualcapacitywarning,promptlymove
to a safe place, turn off power and charge the battery, or replace with a spare battery (sold
separately). It is dangerous when you get into a situation where you cannot move, such as
when crossing a road.
