Once your plane trip has been determined, inform your airline company in advance, that you will be using
an electric wheelchair, and follow their instructions. At this time, provide the airline company with details of
your wheelchair. In particular, see the specications for the battery you are using, below:
About the lithium ion battery
There may be restrictions in regard to carrying the lithium ion battery on-board, or checking-in as a bag-
gage. Be sure to consult with the airline company in advance.
