  If the YASKAWA Controller is showing an overvoltage error, consider these potential causes and solutions: * The power supply voltage might be too high: Make sure that the supply voltage is correct for the drive specifications. * The deceleration time might be too short: Increase the deceleration time. Also, set L3-04 ?0 [Stall Prevention during Decel ?Disabled] to enable stall prevention. * The stall prevention function might be disabled: Replace the braking resistor. * The braking resistor might be disconnected or broken: Make sure that the motor parameter settings are correct, and adjust the torque and slip compensation if necessary. * Motor control might be unstable.
