2.1.3 Communication Overview
Users can communicate with the SOLECTRIA XGI 1500 using a Wi-Fi-enabled smart device, such as a laptop,
tablet, or smartphone. The SOLECTRIA XGI 1500 monitors internal variables (see Section 5.6.1). These data
are sent via a modem or gateway to the Internet cloud. In the cloud, these data are stored on the SRV server
where they can be accessed by the end user (additional fee applies). Add-ons such as a weather station and a
Data Acquisition System (DAS) are supported using Ethernet cable.
