Prompt tone of off-hook dial tone.
The tone sent to caller when ringing is on.
Used for busy line prompt.
Used for notification in call waiting.
Used to indicate that an invalid code has been dialed,
or that all circuits (trunks) are busy and/or the call is
unroutable.
Used for the second stage dial tone.
