A fail contact is energized when a fail is detected. When a fail is detected, the contact output is

Fail is output only by the sensors you select. Fail from FLXA402 is always valid.
NOTE
When an internal communication error occurs, a fail is output. However, the error location would


Select “Hard Fail only” or “Hard + Soft only”.
Hard Fail only: Contact output reacts only to Failure.


When Failure happens, contact output stays On (S1/S2/S3: close, S4: open).
