5. The captured data appears in the text field.
Scanning with DS3678 Bluetooth Scanner
To scan with the DS3678:
1. Pair the DS3678 with the device. See Pairing a Bluetooth Scanner on page 130
for more information.
2. Ensure that an app is open on the device and a text field is in focus (text cursor in text field).
3. Point the DS3678 at a barcode.

4. Press and hold the trigger.
Ensure the barcode is within the area formed by the aiming pattern. The aiming dot increases visibility in
bright lighting conditions.
