Problem Cause Solution
During
communication, no
data transmits, or
transmitted data was
incomplete.
TC70x/TC75x
removed from
cradle during
communication

Replace TC70x/TC75x in cradle and retransmit.
Incorrect cable
configuration.
Ensure that the correct cable configuration.
TC70x/TC75x
has no active
connection.
An icon is visible in the status bar if a connection is currently
active.
Battery is not
charging.
TC70x/TC75x
removed from
the cradle too
soon.
Replace the TC70x/TC75x in the cradle. The battery fully
charges in approximately five hours.
Battery is faulty. Verify that other batteries charge properly. If so, replace the
faulty battery.
TC70x/TC75x
is not inserted
correctly in the
cradle.
Remove the TC70x/TC75x and reinsert it correctly. Verify
charging is active. Touch > > About phone > Status
to view battery status.
Ambient
temperature of
the cradle is too
warm.
Move the cradle to an area where the ambient temperature is
between -10 °C (+14 °F) and +60 °C (+140 °F).
