Thecirclesareshowninthepicture.Ifthecirclesaremoreorlessround,thismeansthe
Calibrationhasbeensuccessful.Ifnot,thenyouneedtodothecalibrationagain.
IMPORTANT:
ThereisnoneedtodotheCompasscalibrationeverytimeyouflyorupgradethe
firmwareonceyourflight
controllercomponentinstallationandcompasscalibrationhasbeencompleted,butitshouldbedonewhen
componentsarechangedoriftheGPSisremoved.
7.2 MotorArming
Forsafetyreasons,theS4locksthemotorsonlanding.Theycanonlybere‐armedtoallowthemtorotateand
workaftercarryingoutthe“arming”procedure.
IMPORTANT:
MotorarmingwillfailiftheGPSmoduleisnotconnected.
Enablethe“Combined‐Stick‐Command”(CSC)formotorarming
asshownbelow:
Toarm,pushtheleft‐handsticktothefarleftandextremebottom,therightsticktothefarrightandtothe
bottom.
