FRONT THREE POINT HITCH
FOR Z 11641 FORTERRA
Front three point hitch is intended for
attaching the front carried agricultural
machines and implements of category II
according to ISO standard.
Maximal lifting force of front three point
hitch is 24 kN. Only rounded ballast
weights can be attached in this type of
three point hitch.
Within the implement transporta-
tion the front three point hitch
must always be locked hydra-
ulically in lifted position; by ball valve.
This valve is located on the left-hand
side of tractor, above the front axle.
This hydraulic lock is recommended
even in case that no implement is at-
tached in the three point hitch.
CONTROL OF FRONT THREE
POINT HITCH
Front three point hitch is equipped with
two double-acting cylinders that are
controlled by oil from SCV. Lifting and
lowering is controlled by lever of SCV
(1):
-
moving into position 4 makes lifting
- moving into position 3 makes
lowering
- position F serves for floating position
- position N serves for locking the hitch
REGULATING AND HYDRAU-
LIC LOCK OF FRONT THREE
POINT HITCH
The throttle valve can regulate lowering
speed of the hitch with implement.
Hydraulic lock of front three point hitch is
carried out by ball valve in any position
of hitch. Ball valve is turned from po-
sition A by 90 (perpendicularly to valve
axis) to position B.
