DANGER
Opening the mounting frame can only be carried out on a flat surface to prevent the frame from
uncontrolled opening!
o Unlock the spring bolt (mounting frame lock)
o Raise (until it comes out of the catches ) and open the mounting frame with a lift
integrated in the platform (if necessary, the lift can be removed. To do this, pull
the locking pin lever , turn it counterclockwise to lock, and take out the lift with
plate )
o Load waste
6.7 DISCHARGING
Unloading operation is required during operation when the entire load volume of the body is
filled, and the pushing wall is in the end position in front of the body. In addition, the
compaction mechanism stops performing full compaction cycles. The message "The body is
full: wall fully retracted" appears on the terminal display. In this case, stop collecting and
prepare for unloading the vehicle. The vehicle should be set up for long-distance travel (see
chapter 6.6 Travelling) and drive to the unloading site (e.g. landfill).
6.7.1 Safety during unloading
The following safety instructions must be observed:
o Ensure that there are no people in the tailgate movement area
o Place the vehicle in a safe unloading position (firm, level ground)
o Keep a safe distance from people, vehicles, obstacles etc.
o If necessary, ensure the safety of others
o Ensure that there is sufficient free space to lift the tailgate
o Ensure that there are no power lines above the tailgate
o Apply the handbrake to prevent the vehicle from rolling accidentally.
Only after all the above instructions have been met, the emptying of the body can begin.
ATTENTION
For longer trips to the unloading site, switch off the body!
