8.3 MAINTENANCE PLAN
Check the footboard protection circuit (option)
Check, if the condition of the footboards allows their
safe use (option)
Check proper working of emergency stop buttons
Check proper working of warning lights
Check the mounting of the handles
Check, if tailgate lock is working properly
Clean pushing walls guide rails
Clean behind the pushing wall
Remove every object and waste from the space between
body and cabin
Clean inside of the tailgate
Check hydraulic oil level
Check grease level (central lubrication)
Check proper working of CCTV system
Lubricate press cylinder bearing
Drain the dirty water from the tailgate’s hopper
