Check hydraulic hoses and their covers for damage
Check if the slider, scraper and guides are not cracked
Lubricate the tailgate bearing
Lubricate the footboards (option)
Check hydraulic installation thermal covers for any
damages
Check the degree of wear of the rollers/ sliding blocks
guiding the press, replace if necessary (wear of sliding
block is show in Fig. 8.2)
Clean the space behind hydraulic installation covers (for
chassis with CNG installation, see chapter 7.8)

Replace the hydraulic oil return filter cartridge
Replace high-pressure filter cartridge
Sliding block is considerate worn, when the height of overlay of the block in min. 3mm. Due to
the uneven wear of the overlay, the height should be measured on the most worn point.
