10 POSSIBLE FAULTS
10.1 ERROR MESSAGE AT TERMINAL
All error messages and operating conditions are shown on the terminal display in the driver's
cab.
10.1.1 System errors
The electronic security system performs a self-diagnosis each time it is turned on. When the
power is on, the electronic security system constantly monitors the system status. If an error is
found, information is displayed on the terminal in the driver's cab.
10.1.2 Messages on operating conditions and errors
o For some input signals, e.g. "Inspection doors open", the use of the body is limited or
not possible at all.
o The control system monitors press movements. In the event of damage to the electrical
or hydraulic system being identified, the press will stop. The reason for the deactivation
appears at the terminal in the driver's cab. Information about the error is given in the
form of text and provides tips on how to fix the error.
o Error numbers are saved in the error memory. The error memory can be read by means
of a computer with service software as well as on the terminal.
FOR YOUR INFORMATION
