9. Clean the pushing wall guides and seals.
10. Remove residual waste from behind the pushing wall.
11. Retract the pushing wall from the terminal.
12. Open the inspection door (body hydraulic system will be switched off).
13. Clean the body.
14. Lubricate the pushing wall guides.
15. Close the inspection door.
16. Eject the pushing wall toward the tailgate from the terminal.
17. Slightly raise the tailgate from the terminal.
18. Fold the supports.
19. Use the buttons to lower the tailgate until it is completely closed and
locked.
If an optional sewage gutter and/or wastewater tank is installed, it must also be cleaned.
o The gutter should be rinsed with water through the grille and the dirt drained through
the valve.
o The wastewater tank can be cleaned by removing covers from the sides of the tank by
unscrewing the clamping knobs
Risk of damage due to high pressure washing:
o Do not pressure wash electrical components or plastic components.
o Particular care should be taken when washing seals, bearings, joints.
o Keep a minimum distance of 0.5 m from the surface being cleaned.
o Pressure and temperature should not exceed 80 bar and 80ºC.
o Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
8.5 HYDRAULIC INSTALLATION
8.5.1 Notes on hydraulic oil
Hydraulic oil under no circumstances should have contact with the mucous membrane! It cannot get into
the eyes, ears or nose. However, if this happens, rinse the area with clean water, follow the instructions of
the hydraulic oil manufacturer and contact your doctor.
The solid impurities in the oil cause the most of damage to the hydraulic system. They can lead to
sudden failures, however, they more often cause wear, which results in reduced performance and
consequently failures.
