PIN Dialling

This feature cannot be used with a SIP terminal.

You switch the telephone to a user group determined by the system administrator for

the next call. Switching the user group involves different authorisations (e. g. interna-

tional dialling authorisation) and possibly other features (e. g. for billing and

recording connection data of private calls). Please contact your system administrator

for information on the system configuration and the designated application for PIN

dialling.

First you enter the internal call number of the telephone you wish to make a call from

and then your user PIN. Then you can dial the desired call number.

Note

PIN dialling is available on any terminal in a user group with this authorisation acti-

vated. The call number dialled using PIN dialling is not saved in any redial list, neither

on the terminal used, nor on one’s own terminal.

Switch authorisation

This feature cannot be used with a SIP terminal.

You switch another terminal to a user group defined by the system administrator.

Switching the user group means different authorisations, e. g. international dialling

authorisation. The switch only applies to the next call made from this terminal. Please

contact your system administrator for information on altered authorisations when

switching the user group. Enter the internal call number of the terminal whose

authorisation is to be switched.

Note

When the terminal to be switched is currently in the call state, the authorisation

switch is carried out after the call is completed. If the next call is not begun within

60 seconds, the authorisation switch expires automatically.
