Remove the rear cover plate (A) from the base
by unscrewing the attachment screws (B).
CAUTION
Clean cover from metal residues before
opening.
Metal residues can cause shortage on the
boards which can result in hazardous failures.

Remove the SMB battery.4
Remove the SMB cover by unscrewing its at-
tachment screws.

Pull the battery cable through the hole in the
SMB cover.
Remove the two locknuts and washers from
the pins securing the board.

Disconnect the battery cable by pressing down
the upper lip of the R2.G connector to release
the lock while pulling the connector upwards.
