u Always replace the O-ring(82010) with a new one (see Ordering spare parts →97).
u Measure clearanceN (see Measuring radial clearances N and R →85).

1. Install the radial air suction branch(82000) with the bellows(82300) or the axial air suc-
tion branch together with the O-ring(82010), respectively.
