81. The function Logical node
Interlocking (SCILO) in the figure 81 is the logical node for interlocking.
Control operation can be performed from the local IED HMI. If the administrator has
defined users with the UMT tool, then the local/remote switch is under authority control.
If not, the default (factory) user is the SuperUser that can perform control operations from
the local IED HMI without LogOn. The default position of the local/remote switch is on
remote.
