S etting the Beeper
The beeper is designed to m ake the ACC U -C H EK A ctive m eter easier to use, bu t you can turn it off and not
affect your test results in any way. W hen you firs t get your m eter, the beeper is set to “ O n” and sounds
whenever:
• S ufficient blood or control solution is applied to a test strip.
• A resu lt or m essage is displayed.
• An error occurs while testing ( the beeper sounds twice ) .
