Proper Sample handling
•Ensure the specimen is properly mixed before
pipetting into sample tubes.
•Transfer 30 μL of the sample into the bottom of
the sample tube.
 Avoid getting liquid on the tube’s sides.
 When removing the pipette from the tube, avoid
dragging the tip against the inside of the tube.
