3.37 Input / Outputs (Expansion Card)
Expansion PLC I/O card is installed only if
auxiliary infeed equipment is provided with the
T-1000, including the UF-5000 or US-5000. This
screen is useful when trouble shooting the
conveyor Inputs and Outputs.
To determine the function of each IO, press the
LED to display an information screen describing
the function. See Fig. 3-16.
3.38 UF-5000 Operation Screen
The T-1000 is programmed to also control the
UF-5000 Infeed Conveyor if equipped with the
Expansion PLC Card. This screen allows the
operator to setup the conveyor to run standalone,
with the T-1000 or with parts counters.
CONV CYCLE button manually cycles the
conveyor and also toggles OFF auxiliary mode
buttons.
SETUP/RUN button toggles ON the conveyor to
RUN with the T-1000.
ON/OFF Bagger Auxiliary button sets up the
communication with T-1000.
