Managing the electric heater
The units with moducontrol offer the
possibility to manage an electric he-
ater; this heater can be managed in
different ways:
• supplementary (the simultaneous
use of the heat pump and the electric
heater);
• anti-freeze, or replacement (the heat
pump compressor is switched off and
the electric heater alone is activated);
The operational specifi cations of both
modes are shown in the diagrams be-
low.
The choice of supplementary or re-
placement mode depends on the
external air temperature, and in case
this falls below the threshold indica-
ted in the relative diagram.
