from A to D, then with the MODE key go to the gure C where the symbol ON ashes. At this point press the SET key and
you will see the gure below called ON1 from which the ON time slot of the Monday slot 1 starts.
If you are not interested in modifying anything for this time slot, press the SET button again and you will see that the ON
time window of the Tuesday slot 1 becomes active, namely the number 1 remains on, but changes the day view from Mon-
day (MO) to Tuesday (TU). To enter the time, press the button (ON-OFF) and the ashing digits of the clock will appear to be
set with the arrows. If you want to cancel any time, press again (ON-OFF).
Continuing with the SET key, all the ON times of time slot 2 are displayed for the seven days of the week. Once you have
reached the ON screen of slot 2 on Sunday, the next press of the SET button will allow the exit from the time slot setting
mode and will return the display to the main screen. Suppose now that you want to set the hours on Monday at 12.00 am
using the rst time slot of the two available, namely the 1. With the procedure described above select the time slot 1 of the
Monday and unlike before, once you reach the desired time slot, press the On / O button that will lead to the gure ON3
with the dashes shown in the gure instead of the time, a further pressure the On / O button will start displaying the ash-
ing time and it will now be possible to change it using the arrow keys. To change from hour to minutes use the MODE key
(the change in minutes is possible in steps of 10).
Once the switch-on time has been set (12.00 in the ON4 gure, taken as an example) press the SET key which conrms the
setting and automatically brings the display to the next time slot (ON time slot 1 of Tuesday in our example).
Warning: the actions undertaken up to this point will switch the unit on at 12.00 on Monday, but there is still no
switch-o time. Use the same procedure to set the ON time for all the required time bands. If you want to alter the
time of certain bands after making the setting, remember that by pressing the SET key on a previously set band, you
can move on to the next one without changing anything.

D. Setting the deactivation time for all the daily time bands (both band 1 and band 2): follow the above procedure to
set the OFF time for all the time bands, but this time selecting gure D (i.e. time band OFF setting) as your starting point.
Remember that 12.00 has been selected as the ON time for band 1 of Monday, so the OFF time to be set for that band must
be later than 12.00. The last point to be emphasised is that you can set ON only, or OFF only, for a given time band, leaving
the user to manually alter the status of the unit.
For example, if you want the unit to switch on every morning at 7.00 and then be switched o manually by the user in the
evening, you can set a time of 7.00 on every ON band 1 for every day of the week, without setting any time for the OFF bands
1.
