OPERATION Content
CLEANING OF THE HEAT EXCHANGERS
Vacuum Cleaner
Yearly
Remove with the vacum cleaner the dust that can be present inside the heat exchangers
and verify that there are no foreign object.
WARNING: you must not wash the heat exchangers. If they are excessively dirty or damaged, they have to be
replaced.
16.1 BREAKDOWN DIAGNOSTIC
User can use the unit after trial operation. Before contacting us, you can make self trouble shooting following below chart
in case of any failure.
Symptoms Possible causes
Fans doesn’t work
Missing power supply
The switches of the thermostat are not in the right position of working.
There are foreign bodies that block the rotors.
Check electrical connections.
Motor out of the absorption
Pression is low than what is required and then the air ow is excessive.
It must increase pressure drops with calibration dampers.
Excessive density of the uid. Rotation speed too high.
Excessive air ow: Pressure drop of the system are overvalued.
Insucient air ow
Pressure drop of the system are underestimated.
Cloggings in the air ducts.
Rotation speed too low: verify on the terminal board of the motor that the connection is correct and that the voltage
correspond to that of the nameplate.
The rotor turn backwards.
Noise
Excessive air ow.
Air leakage from the duct joints.
Unbalanced fan.
Foreign bodies in the case.
Strong vibrations
Unbalanced impeller because of wear or of dust deposit.
Sliding of the impeller on the case due to deformations.
Cloggings in the air ducts.
Communication error
Check the length of the connection cable between the main board and the display does not exceed the length of 15 mt.
Check the cable between the main board and the display respects the technical specication contained in manual.
Check the wiring of the connection cable.
Check the connection cable is alone without power supply inside the electrical conduit.
16.2 DISPOSAL
The following symbol indicates that this product must not be disposed of as domestic waste. Respect the sorted waste
system based on local laws and regulations. Contact the local authorities for information about disposal, or request free
collection by the manufacturer. The separate collection of the product, and its recycling at the time of disposal, will help
preserve natural resources and protect human health and the environment.
The materials that make up the unit are:
Galvanised sheet metal.
EPS (foam polystyrene).
Polyethylene.
ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) plastic.
NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber).
