Troubleshooting
In case of a malfunction of the digitizer, consult the Digitizer Remote Display
UI (User Interface) messages on the control PC.
Error messages are displayed in a dialog box in the middle of the screen or in a
fixed part of the screen. These messages will tell that either a problem has
occurred or that a requested action cannot be performed.
The user must read these messages carefully. They will provide information
on what to do from then on. This will be either performing an action to resolve
the problem or to contact your local service organization.
Details on the contents of messages can be found in the service documentation
which is available to Agfa trained service personnel.
