Replacing Capillaries on a Semi-Micro and Micro Flow Cell

Check for a centered holder vs. hole. If required adjust
with the holder screws.

Reconnect the capillaries, see “Exchanging a Flow
Cell” on page 172.

Perform a leak test.

Insert the flow cell.

Replace the front cover.

Perform a “Wavelength Verification and Calibration” on
page 160 or a “Holmium Oxide Test” on page 151 to
check the correct positioning of the flow cell.
