Tray Errors (111 Vial Model)
A tray error indicates that the HS tray did not operate
properly, typically during a move.
• Check vial rack installation. Racks must be installed in
their clips and must lay flat.
• Check for obstructions in the tray area.
• Power cycle the HS.
• Calibrate the HS tray.
