Vial Breaks During Thermal Equilibration
• Reused vial. Agilent does not recommend reusing
headspace vials.
• Vial damaged when preparing sample.
• Vial does not meet guidelines for headspace sampling.
• Vial oven temperature too high, exceeds boiling point(s) in
sample vial.
