•Flow sets the flow rate up to 5 mL/min. For the example separation
4 mL/minis used. If the back pressure briefly reaches the maximum
pressure setting, the flow will be reduced for a few seconds to lower
the pressure. If the pressure continues to be limited in this way, an
error condition will be created and the flow will be stopped.
