b. Click New Network Controller.
c. From the drop-down list, click either Wired Network Controller or Wireless Network
Controller. The New network controller window appears.
NOTE: If Wireless Network Controller has been selected, click either Ethernet (for
Ethernet connection kit NK320) or USB (for USB connection kit NK330).

For wired network kits (kit NK220)…
i. From the New network controller window, in the Name: textbox, enter the name of the
network controller. Refer to Figure 3.
NOTE: If the Name: textbox is left empty, the IP address will be entered into the
textbox when the Load Data button is clicked.

ii. In the IP Address textbox, enter the IP address.
NOTE: To locate the IP address, perform Function 5 on the network controller.
Refer to the instructions supplied with the network controller for details.
iii. In the Port textbox, make sure 10001 is shown.
NOTE: If the network controller has been configured to use a port other than 10001,
enter the port number into the Port textbox.
iv. In the Protocol drop-down list, make sure TCP is selected.
v. Click the Load Data button. After the load has been completed, the window will expand
to show additional details.
