Inserting a Service Record
1. To insert a service record into the machine, under the Infrared menu, click Insert Service
Record....
2. The Insert service record window opens.
3. In the Service codes section, from the drop-down list(s), select the service code(s) related to the
service record.
4. In the Service information section, from the Technician : drop-down list, select the technician that
performed the service. Enter a reference number into the Reference number : textbox. Enter notes
into the Notes : textbox as needed.
5. Click the Send button.
6. Align the window on the back of the infrared communication device with the infrared comm port
window on the machine’s control.
7. The service record is sent to the machine.
8. To close the Insert service record window, click the Close button.
