The Edit technician window opens.
3. Edit the technician. To change the technician’s first or last name, type a new name in the First
name: or Last name: textbox. To add a note about the technician, type the note in the Notes:
textbox. To activate/deactivate the technician, click the Active checkbox.
4. Click the OK button.
