Powering on an AC-Powered Chassis
To power on the chassis, perform the following procedure:

Power cord is used as a disconnection device. To de-energize
equipment, disconnect the power cord. E3

Pluggable Equipment. The socket outlet shall be installed near the
equipment and shall be easily accessible. E5
1. Connect the power cord to the power supply.
2. Plug the other end of the power cord into a wall outlet.
3. Verify that the power on LED is illuminated and the power supply
cooling fan is operating normally.
