Digital binning
Alvium G1 cameras combine digital horizontal binning and digital vertical binning,
for integer values 1 to 8.
Sensor binning
Selected camera models support sensor binning in addition. See the specifications
tables in Alvium G1 model specifications on page 58.
Multiple regions
All Alvium G1 models support single ROI (region of interest). Because multiple ROI
(
MultipleRegions features) are sensor based, it is not supported by all camera
models. With all the corresponding models,
Free mode is available for
MultipleRegionArrangement with 1 to 4 subregions. Other models also support
Tile mode, some models also support Horizontal and Vertical mode with 1 to
4 subregions. See Table 17.
Alvium G1 models ≥12 MP resolution
If digital horizontal and digital vertical binning are set to 1× and the digital vertical
binning value is increased, digital horizontal binning is automatically set to 2×.
