Energy emission starts by pressing the footswitch only when the system is in Ready
mode.
The footswitch pneumatic tube is connected to its connector on the service panel.
For detailed instructions on connecting the footswitch, refer to Chapter 3 –
Installation.
Warning
If the system is in Ready mode, RF emission occurs when the footswitch is
activated.

Note
Connecting the footswitch is necessary only if you prefer to use the footswitch
for RF emission. It is possible to emit RF pulses using only the applicator's
trigger, in which case you may leave the footswitch unconnected.
