10) Enter the calibration gas concentration by pressing the up or down
arrow keys to change the displayed value and then press Enter.
Press CAL to calibrate.
11) Wait for the gas reading to stabilise (3 to 5 minutes) and then press
enter. Calibration of the gas sensor is now complete.
12) Use the exit key to return to the Manual Calibration screen.
13) Turnothecalibrationgasanddisconnectthecalibrationgascylinder.
14) Repeat this procedure for the remaining gas sensors.

sensoristted,refertoSection10.6.
15) When all of the gas sensors have been calibrated, the exhaust
extraction should remain on for approximately 10 minutes to remove
remaining calibration gas.
16) When calibration is complete, return to the Main Menu and select the
Purge and Pump O option.
17) To check the gain values, from the Main Menu select the Calibration
option, then select Gains and Constants.
18) Use the up arrow key to display the password (0010), then press enter.
The gain value of each sensor is displayed.

Note: these values are the minimum and maximum gain values
recommended. If any sensor is outside these limits, a recalibration
should be performed. If the problem persists, the sensor must be
replaced or returned to LAND for service.
