takes the analyzer to display the first reading after the analyzer Sys-
tem State switches from “Zero” to “Measure”.
It is important to record the response time only after performing a
manual Zero function to simulate the same conditions during the
original recordings.
3. If the sample response time is adequate (first reading after a Zero
function and after the analyzer System State switches from “Zero
to “Measure” is less than 30 seconds to T90), no further adjustment is
necessary.
The sample response time may vary, depending on Sample Line
length.
4. Record these signals in a log book every month.
Analyzer Configuration
The Parameter List (Factory Settings) file is shipped with each analyzer.
These configuration sheets list all of the settings that have been made to
the analyzer at the factory (to meet customer requirements) are provided
on a CD.
If any changes are made to the original configuration, be sure to record
the changes for later reference. If the MCU board is ever replaced, this
data must be re-entered in order to override the factory defaults.
If necessary, refer to the Parameter List (Factory Settings) to revert the
analyzer back to its original settings.
