then all loads should be shut down as soon as possible to protect
the devices or to save data. Otherwise, there is a risk of data loss
or load failure.
3. When the UPS is in battery mode, overloaded, and the overload
time
exceeds
the duration listed in the
specification,
the UPS
will enter a fault status. At this time, if the bypass is enabled, the
UPS will supply power to the load via bypass. If the bypass
function is disabled, or the input voltage is not within the bypass
acceptable range, the UPS will cutoff power to the load.

5.5 Turn Off the UPS
Press and hold the “OFF/ENTER” button for at least two seconds.
At this time, if the bypass is enabled and if the mains voltage is within the
acceptable range, the UPS will enter bypass mode supplying power to
the loads via bypass. The UPS will also charge the batteries. “BYPASS”
will be displayed in the UPS status window on the LCD display. See Sec-
tion 5.0 “LCD Display in Bypass Mode”.
If instead the bypass is disabled, the UPS will enter standby mode. In
this mode the UPS will not supply power to the load. The UPS will also
charge the batteries. See Section 5.0 “LCD Display in Standby Mode”.
