Testing external data medium
You can test the external data media to see if it
is suitable for the required functions.
1 Select »Speed Test« from the »Device Info
Setting« menu with »

Enabling and disabling the time
shift function
You can turn time shift off or on with this feature.

Time shift disc set-up
If you are going to connect an external data
medium to TV for the first time and use it for time
shift, a disc set-up is required.
Automatic disc set-up
1 Connect the external data medium to the
USB input of TV.
Notes:

To make a timeshift disk setup, »Time Shift
Mode« must be selected as »On«.

quired for this operation.

Auto set-up creates 4GB time shift space
on discs below 32GB and 16GB on discs
above 32GB.
