Altering the TubeSpec to Accommodate an Alternate Tubing Size
To alter the TubeSpec system to accommodate the use of the alternate-model-appropriate
tubing size
1. Replace the packers and tubing guides on the measuring head with the alternate-size packers and
tubing guides.
a. Remove the white-polyethylene tubing guide-rings by carefully sliding the tip of a small, flat-
blade screwdriver between the guide-ring and the circular steel plate where the guide-ring
resides; use the screwdriver as a lever to move the guide-ring out of/away from the steel plate.
Scratching the sensor faces with the screwdriver causes damage to them. Avoid placing any tool near the
sensors.
