) Concentration Measurement
<Before the measurement>
Please be sure to use a calibrated Analyzer with circulating function.
Please make sure that supply gas pressures are 0.03Mpa(0.3 bar / 4.35 psi) for CO
2
and 0.05 Mpa
(0.5 bar / 7.25 psi) for N
2
.
<Gas Concentration Measuring Procedure>
1. Record CO
2
/O
2
value on the Cube display after confirming they are stable at set point.
2. Remove a cap from left sampling port and connect tubes to ports on the Cube and the Analyzer.
3. Press SMP of the Analyzer to circulate gases between the Cube chamber and the Analyzer for
approx. 1 min.
4. After confirming that CO
2
/O
2
on the Cube display are stable, press and hold “UP” key for 5 sec. to
turn on SP Mode.
5. After approx. 1 min of SP Mode, record CO
2
/O
2
on the Analyzer display.

6. In case “Measured value by the analyzer” are out of the tolerance, please calibrate in accordance
with “CO
2
and O
2
Adjustment/Calibration Procedure”, refer to page 27.
SP Mode
This Sampling Mode function is to stop gases feeding into the chambers for 3 min.
Gases are not fed from cylinders but being circulated inside chambers by pumps.
“SP” blinks on temp. display during SP Mode. Do not open the chamber during SP
Mode. Press and hold “UP” key for 5 sec. again to cancel SP Mode.
CO
2
/O
2
display may vary during gas concentration measurement due to pressure
change in the chamber. It is not malfunction.
