  If the ASTEC Accessories circuit breaker trips when the power is on, it could be due to liquid inside the electric section or dust accumulation on the power cable. In case of liquid spillage, unplug the unit immediately and contact support or a sales representative to prevent a potential fire hazard. If dust is the issue, unplug the incubator immediately and contact support or a sales representative to prevent a potential fire hazard.

  If your ASTEC Accessories unit does not power on, ensure it is securely plugged in and that the circuit breaker in the room or building is set for the rated voltage. Push the breaker back in and try switching on the incubator again. Also, make sure the power switch is in the “ON” position.

Why does the ASTEC Accessories trip the building circuit breaker?

  If the building's circuit breaker trips when using the ASTEC Accessories, it might be sharing a power supply with other instruments or with another instrument that requires a large amount of power. To resolve this, plug the incubator into an isolated power supply. Continuing to use the product in such condition could lead to a fire.

What to do if the ASTEC Accessories temperature inside the incubation chamber does not reach the target temperature?

  If the temperature inside the ASTEC Accessories incubation chamber does not reach the target temperature, first ensure that the lid of the incubation chamber is closed securely. Also, make sure the target temperature is set at least 7°C higher than the room temperature.
