– Disconnect the connector -1- and free up the wire.
– Remove the Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 4 - G648-
-2-.
Installing
Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:
• Protect the exhaust gas temperature sensor against knocks
and impacts. A dropped exhaust gas temperature sensor may
not be used again.
– Install the engine cover. Refer to ⇒ Servicing – 4-Cylinder
1.8L; 2.0L 4V TFSI Engine; Rep. Gr. 10 ; Engine Cover; En‐
gine Cover, Removing and Installing .
