– Remove the Throttle Valve Control Module - GX3- . Refer to
⇒ “3.3 Throttle Valve Control Module GX3 , Removing and
Installing”, page 158 .
– Remove the front muffler. Refer to
⇒ “1.3 Front Muffler, Removing and Installing”, page 174 .
– Remove the bolt -arrow- from the particulate filter bracket.
– Remove the bolt -arrow- from the catalytic converter bracket.
– Drain the coolant. Refer to
⇒ “1.3 Coolant, Draining and Filling”, page 96 .
– Remove the nut -arrow- and move the bracket -1- and wiring
harness to the side.
– Remove the screw -2-.
– Place a cloth underneath to catch escaping engine oil.
– Remove the bolt -1- and then remove the oil return hose.
