5.2.2 Commissioning Bottom Blowdown Module with M.M.
For a new installation, after checking the wiring, performing safety installation checks, and settings the
options, parameters and expansion options, the order of commissioning the burner must follow:
1. Commission bottom blowdown module
2. Commission water level probes
3. Commission fuel to air ratio
4. Re-commission water level probes at operating temperature/pressure
The bottom blowdown module will be configured for battery operation with 35degrees from closed for
the parked position. If changes are required, please refer to section 5.2.2 for how to set-up the bottom
blowdown module with the bottom blowdown configurator.
There are 4 expansion options to configure the bottom blowdown.
