Why is there soot on the cupola of my Avanzini Drago PZERO Burner?

Sooting on the cupola of your Avanzini Burner may be due to several reasons: * The burner's air/gas ratio might not be properly adjusted, resulting in insufficient air. * The environment may not be adequately ventilated. * The chimney could be dirty or blocked. * The burner might be under the oven without enough oxygen; check if spacer washers are missing between the burner and the flange sleeve. To resolve this, clean the flue if it's a converted wood-burning oven. Repeat the initial ignition steps, carefully adjusting the air and gas settings. Ensure proper room ventilation. Add a special opening to the burner compartment. If there's suction in the room, adjust the air intake to account for the air burned by the burner and the air extracted.
