Once the ame adjustment procedure is completed, ret the
knob “A”.

IMPORTANT!
The LOW FLAME is preset – use the knob to vary the heat required according to the product that
is to be cooked.
6.2.3. FLAME AIR ADJUSTMENT
IMPORTANT!
All burners are adjusted by our technicians before being shipped.
To change the factory settings, carry out the procedure described here below.
For the ame air adjustment, follow the procedure below:

Intervene manually on the ring nut “1” to:
• INCREASE AIR = loosen the ring nut
• CLOSE AIR = tighten the ring nut
until the desired air ow is obtained.
